Exchange Process:
To request an exchange, customers must log in to their Dehradunmart.in account and visit the ‘Order History’ section.
Locate the order containing the item you wish to exchange and click on the ‘Exchange’ option.
Follow the on-screen instructions to select the reason for exchange and submit your request.
Verification and Inspection:
Once the exchange request is received, our team will verify the eligibility of the product for exchange.
We may get in touch with you for additional information or evidence, if required.
If the product meets all exchange criteria, we will initiate the exchange process.
Pickup and Delivery:
For eligible exchange items, our logistics partner will arrange for a pickup from your registered address.
After the product is picked up, we will dispatch the replacement product to your address.
Exchange Fees:
In case the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, there will be no additional charges for the exchange.
If the exchange is due to a customer-related reason (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer may need to bear the shipping and handling charges for the exchange.
Refund in Exchange Process:
If the replacement product requested for exchange is out of stock, we will initiate a refund for the original product’s value (excluding shipping charges).
Conditions for Refusal of Exchange:
